Small kitchen, made daily

Pudding that trembles when your spoon lands

Ten pudding variants and six cakes. We work in small batches, so what reaches you was made for that day — not pulled from stock.

Two lines

Pudding for one, cake for the table

Puddings come in ready-to-eat 180 ml cups. Cakes come whole, for the moments that call for slicing something together.

How we work

Four steps, no shortcuts

  1. Morning shopping

Fruit, milk and eggs are bought the same day we bake. If the fruit is not good enough, that variant waits.

  2. Cook by batch

Each batch is a limited count. We do not scale the recipe up, so heat and texture stay under control.

  3. Chill slowly

Puddings are cooled in stages rather than dropped straight to the lowest temperature, so the surface never weeps.

  4. Pack cold

Packed with ice packs and stamped with the time it left the kitchen, so you know how long the condition holds.

What we promise

Only what we can actually deliver

We deliberately avoid claims we cannot back up. Here is what is genuinely within our control.

  • Production date printed

Every package carries the date and time it was made, so you never have to guess.

  • Open ingredient list

Every ingredient of every variant is listed on its product page, including the ones that can trigger allergies.

  • Wrong order, we replace it

If what arrives differs from the order or is damaged on arrival, report it the same day and we replace it.

  • No leftover stock

We produce against the orders that came in, so nothing is carried over and sold the next day.

Frequently asked

Before you order

How far ahead of my event should I order?

Puddings need at least one day of preparation. Lapis legit, yuzu cheesecake, red velvet and opera need two to three days. For orders above 50 items, contact us first so we can check capacity.

How long do the products keep?

Puddings with fresh fruit (mango, strawberry, durian) should be finished within two days. The other puddings keep three days. Lapis legit lasts longest: five days at room temperature or two weeks refrigerated. Each product page states its own guidance.

Can the pudding be frozen?

We do not recommend it. Agar-based puddings break down in texture once thawed and release water.
