In short
We only ask for the data genuinely needed to prepare and deliver an order. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Data we collect
When you fill in the order or contact form, we process:
- Name, email address and phone number.
- Delivery address, city and postal code — only if you choose delivery.
- Your preferred date and any note you write yourself.
What is stored on your device
The contents of your cart are kept in your browser's local storage so they survive a page reload. That data lives on your device, is never sent to our server, and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.
This website sets no cookies at all. The active language is carried by the address instead — Indonesian on the main address, English under /en — so nothing needs to be stored in your browser.
Current state
In this version of the website, what you type into the forms is not written to a database of ours and is not passed to any third-party service. It is processed transiently on the server to compute totals and validate input, then discarded once the response is returned to your browser.
Once a real ordering system goes live, this section will be updated to describe where data is stored, for how long, and which third parties are involved.
Third-party services
This website loads web fonts from Google Fonts when a page opens, which means your IP address is visible to that provider. We run no analytics, no advertising pixels and no other third-party trackers.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of the data we hold about you, and may withdraw consent at any time. Send the request to the email address on the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page is updated. Material changes will also be noted on the compliance overview page.
