About these terms
By using this website and submitting an order you agree to the terms on this page. If any part does not work for you, please do not proceed with an order.
Orders and acceptance
An order summary generated by this website does not mean your order has been accepted. An order is accepted only once we reply and confirm the schedule and availability.
We may decline or cancel an order when ingredients are unavailable, production capacity is full, or the details provided are incomplete.
Prices
All prices are in Rupiah and include packaging. Delivery is charged separately. Prices may change if ingredient costs change; the price that applies is the one at the moment we confirm your order.
Payment
There is no automated payment system on this website. Payment is agreed over email once an order is confirmed. Never send card details or banking credentials through a form on this website.
Your responsibilities
- Provide an address and a contact number reachable on the delivery day.
- Tell us about allergies or restrictions before the order goes into production.
- Store the product according to the storage guidance immediately on receipt.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any single order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for deterioration that occurs after delivery due to storage that does not follow the stated guidance.

The name, copy, product illustrations and design of this website are ours. Please share the links, but do not reuse the material commercially without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
