Service area, how we pack, and preparation times.

Preparation time
Puddings need at least 24 hours. Durian needs 48 hours because the fruit is prepared ahead. Lapis legit needs 72 hours. Each product page states its own preparation time.
Delivery area
We currently deliver within the city only, by instant courier, because the product must stay cold the whole way. We do not yet offer intercity or standard-freight shipping.
The exact service area will be listed here once the kitchen address is published. In the meantime, email us to check whether your address is reachable.
Packaging
Puddings are sealed in cups and placed in an insulated box with ice packs. Cakes go into a rigid box with supports so they cannot shift. Every package is stamped with its production date and time.
Delivery charge
The delivery figure shown in the cart is an estimate for in-city delivery and is not a published tariff. The final charge is based on distance and the courier's rate on the delivery day, and is confirmed by email before the order goes into production.
Self pickup
Pickup can be arranged. The address and time window are sent by email once the order is confirmed — we do not publish the kitchen address openly on the website.
After delivery
Refrigerate puddings straight away. Product left at room temperature for more than two hours falls outside our responsibility.
